  • Do you only invest, or do you also acquire?

    Both. We invest in, scale, and acquire businesses — and everything in between. Whether it's a minority stake or a full acquisition, we approach each deal individually, focusing on what makes sense for the business rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model.

  • What types of companies are you interested in? At what stage?

    We partner with founders who've built established businesses and are ready to scale. Our sweet spot is late seed and Series A, though we also consider earlier stages when the team and traction are strong enough to stand out. Above everything else, we value real-world use cases over market hype.

  • What is your typical check size?

    There's no fixed number — it depends on what stage you’re in and what you need to grow. But we always structure our investment to include room for follow-on funding, so it’s not just a one-time check.

  • Which sectors do you focus on?

    We're generalists, but we're not playing the guessing game. We have extensive hands-on experience in software, AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and sportstech — and that's where we add the most value beyond funding.

  • What’s a strong fit for you? What do you look for in founders?

    We look for companies solving real problems with real demand — not hype. A clear competitive advantage and a plan to reach customers that actually holds up matters.

    As for founders — we back people who move fast, adapt faster, think globally, and operate with integrity.

  • What’s not a fit?

    If there's no product, no traction, and no clear path to getting there — it's too early for us. We also pass on businesses in heavily regulated industries, and any venture whose values or transparency don't align with ours.

  • Do you lead rounds?

    Yes — we can lead, co-lead, or come in alongside other investors. Whatever the round needs. Either way, we're in it for the long run.

  • How long does it take from intro to decision?

    Expect a quick initial response. We typically go from intro to decision in 1–2 weeks. If we're excited, it's faster. If the deal is complex, it may take a bit longer.

  • What do you need to evaluate an investment?

    It starts with a call. From there, we'll ask for your deck, traction metrics, go-to-market plan, cap table, and fundraising goals.

  • What do you offer beyond capital?

    The stuff that's hard to find and harder to hire for: hands-on support in product development, growth strategy, hiring, legal, finance, and procurement. We've built and scaled our own companies, so this isn't advice from the sidelines. It will always be up to you to decide how involved we are going to get.

  • How hands-on are you after investing?

    That's up to you. Some founders want us in the room every week. Others just want a call when it counts. We don't have a set playbook — we match your pace and step in where it actually helps.
