We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS – trendos.com. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.

You’ll join while the GTM strategy and product are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is represented on social media platforms and communities.

The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.

Main Responsibilities

You’ll be shaping the voice and presence of our brand across social platforms, engaging with high-potential audiences. We’ll support your professional growth with extensive internal resources and a culture built on teamwork and knowledge sharing.

As a Social Media & Community Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our online community, managing daily interactions, conversations, and content across channels. You will play a key role in growing and nurturing our audience, identifying engagement opportunities, and building meaningful, long-term relationships with our followers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help drive brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and community success. 

What Will You Do
  • Represent trendos brand voice across English-speaking social media channels and online communities (owned or public channels).
  • Manage basic platform operations like account setup, upload content and keep our social media feeds fresh across various social media platforms. (LinkedIn, X, Youtube, Instagram, and more)
  • Build and nurture an engaged community by responding to comments, messages, mentions, and reviews on owned & earned channels.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, viral formats, memes, trending sounds, and adapt them creatively for community management.
  • Track and analyze community engagement, sharing insights and improvements.
What We Expect
  • Have experience managing social media, either for a brand, agency, or personal projects.
  • Be comfortable doing both creative and operational tasks.
  • Be proactive, organized, and hands-on, you don’t wait for someone else to move things forward.
  • Be curious about social trends and willing to experiment.
  • Excellence in written and verbal English.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
What We Offer
  • Gross salary: 2200 - 3000 Eur per month
  • We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills, experience, and potential impact.
