We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS – trendos.com. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.

You’ll join while the GTM strategy and product are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is represented in demo calls, industry events and webinars.

The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions

You’ll be at the forefront of turning interest into impact – engaging with inbound leads, delivering compelling product demos, and hosting webinars that showcase the value of our solutions. You’ll play a key role in converting curiosity into long-term customers.

What Will You Do
  • Qualifying and managing inbound leads to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Delivering engaging product demos tailored to prospective clients.
  • Planning and hosting webinars to educate and convert potential customers.
  • Building strong relationships with prospects and guiding them through the sales journey.
  • Collaborating with marketing to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Working closely with product and customer success teams to align messaging and feedback.
  • Representing the product at industry events all across the globe.
  • Managing pipeline activity and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and the overall inbound sales process.
What We Expect
  • Experience in inbound sales, SaaS sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence in delivering demos and webinars.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Comfortable managing multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to performance metrics and conversion optimization.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellence in written and verbal English.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
What We Offer
  • Gross salary: 2500 - 3600Eur per month
  • We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills, experience, and potential impact.
