We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS – trendos.com. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.

You’ll join while the GTM strategy and product are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is represented on social media platforms and communities.

The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.

Main Responsibilities

You’ll be taking ownership of our entire sales function, setting the strategy, leading the team, and driving the revenue growth that shapes the future of our business. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines a hands-on approach with the vision and experience to build something lasting. We’ll back you with the resources, culture, and cross-functional support you need to make a real impact.

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy, managing and scaling a high-performing sales team, and owning the full revenue pipeline. You’ll work closely with the executive team to align commercial goals with broader business objectives, while staying close to key accounts, strategic partnerships, and market opportunities. This is a role for a natural leader who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and on a call with a client.

What Will You Do
  • Own and drive the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth targets and business objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and scale a team of sales executives and account managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance frameworks for the sales team and hold the team accountable to results.
  • Take ownership of the full sales pipeline, from lead generation and prospecting through to close and handover.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to ensure a joined-up go-to-market approach.
  • Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and revenue streams to fuel continued growth.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health to the executive team and board.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Drive continuous improvement across sales processes, tooling, and team development.
What We Expect
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience building, managing, and scaling sales teams in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
  • Experience working closely with marketing, product, and partnership functions.
  • A natural leader and motivator who leads by example and invests in their team.
  • Ownership mentality: you don’t wait for the playbook; you build it.
  • Curiosity about marketing tech, data, and SEO/AI Search ecosystem.
  • Big advantage if you have previous experience working in a marketing SaaS environment.
What We Offer
  • Gross salary: 3500 - 5000 Eur per month. (We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills, experience, and potential impact.)
