We’ve built some pretty Tesotastic things over the years – and now we’re expanding into real estate in a serious way. With multiple major development projects in the pipeline, we’re looking for a Real Estate Project Manager to take ownership of the financial, legal, and administrative backbone of our growing property portfolio. What Will You Do
- Project Coordination Across the Portfolio. Manage administrative and analytical tasks across multiple concurrent real estate development projects - from early acquisition analysis through construction phases to post-completion asset management.
- Financial & Legal Analysis. Conduct financial feasibility analysis and legal due diligence for property acquisitions and development initiatives. Understand and apply key real estate financial indicators to support sound investment decisions.
- Banking & Documentation Management. Build and manage relationships with banking partners, coordinate KYC processes, and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Insurance & Risk Coordination. Determine and manage insurance requirements across construction and post-construction phases, ensuring full coverage and compliance at every stage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with in-house construction, finance, and legal teams, acting as the connective tissue across all workstreams and stakeholders within each project.
- Institutional Knowledge Building. Become the go-to person for portfolio-wide knowledge - maintaining structured records, analysis templates, and process documentation across all properties and entities.
- Board-Level Reporting. Participate in Global Monthly Board meetings as part of the Tesonet core team, presenting updates and flagging key decisions with clarity and confidence.
- Growing Into Asset Management. As the portfolio matures, take on full asset management responsibilities - this role is built to grow with you.
What We Expect
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development, construction project coordination, or property asset management.
- Solid understanding of property development workflows - permits, entity structures, construction phases, acquisition processes, and post-completion management.
- Financial literacy in a real estate context - you know how to read a feasibility model, understand yield and cost per sqm, and can build or adapt analysis templates independently.
- Experience navigating Lithuanian legal, banking, and regulatory systems. Local market knowledge is essential; international experience is a welcome bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail or dropping the ball on deadlines.
- Discreet and trustworthy - you will handle sensitive financial and legal information across multiple ownership structures and know how to maintain appropriate confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills - you are comfortable presenting to and corresponding directly with board-level stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-reliant - you solve problems independently and don't need to escalate routine matters upward.
- Humble, empathetic, and collaborative - you work alongside people, not above them.
- Fluency in Lithuanian. English proficiency required for board-level reporting and documentation.
