Site Reliability Engineer | Mid-Senior | R&D New Product

We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.

You’ll join while core architecture, data flows, and engineering principles are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is built and how teams collaborate.

The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.

Monthly gross salary 3600 – 6600 eur/month. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills, experience, and potential impact.

What Will You Do

Be a part of a team that maintains hundreds of servers around the globe.
Maintain multiple Kubernetes clusters and ensure availability.
Work on infrastructure arrangement, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Be responsible for managing various databases - SQL, NoSQL, etc.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Automate everything or as many things as possible.
Work together with PMs and the development team to find the best technological solutions.
New ideas & projects are always welcome!

What We Expect

Strong Linux skills, including troubleshooting and programming.
That you are familiar with some of these technologies: Microservices, Kafka, Nginx, MySQL, Valkey, HAProxy, Prometheus.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Helm/ArgoCD.
Hands-on experience with automation and server provisioning tools (preferably Ansible and OpenTofu).
Excellent proactivity, responsibility, and ownership skills.
Experience with big databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience with critical web systems (you know what HA actually means).
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery/continuous deployment (Gitlab CI/CD).
That you have a clue or two about how network technologies work (DNS, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, routing, bridging, etc.).
