You’ll join while core architecture, data flows, and engineering principles are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is built and how teams collaborate.
The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, ML and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.
Gross salary 4400 – 7000 Eur per month. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills, experience, and potential impact.

What Will You Do
- Develop and maintain API features across multiple services.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform incident investigation and debugging.
- Maintain, refactor, and optimize existing API services.
- Improve API performance, stability, reliability, and scalability.
- Integrate APIs with internal and external systems.
- Write automated tests and produce clean, testable, maintainable code.
- Contribute to microservice architecture improvements.
- Ensure proper observability: logs, metrics, tracing, alerting.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and documentation processes.
What We Expect
- Python backend development skills
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs
- Experience with Git (branching, merge requests, code reviews)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Basic knowledge with relational databases
- Experience with at least one message broker (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability concepts
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch or Qdrant (vector search)
- Experience working with Kong API Gateway
- Hands-on experience with Trino
- Data orchestration experience with Dagster
- OpenTelemetry tracing/instrumentation
- Experience working with Grafana / Prometheus / Loki
