We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.
You’ll join while core architecture, data flows, and engineering principles are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is built and how teams collaborate.
The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, ML modeling, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.
We are looking for a Data Integration Lead to join our team and lead a team of 5–6 engineers, ensuring that all services, platforms and teams within our SaaS product are reflected in accurate, up-to-date scorecards that provide actionable insights and support continuous improvement.
Gross salary 5500 – 8200 Eur per month. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills, experience, and potential impact. This position is eligible for a stock option plan which will be discussed during the final steps of the process.

What Will You Do
- Build and maintain reliable processes to keep platform and service inventory data accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding engineers through complex system design decisions and driving technical excellence.
- Architect and implement a self-improving and self-healing data processing model, large-scale, reliable data pipelines and AI/ML-enabled systems ensuring high performance, scalability, and data quality.
- Lead the development of data warehousing and analytics solutions (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake or similar).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data and ML solutions, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Evangelize scorecard usage across the organization via workshops, manuals, and internal communications.
What We Expect
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or closely related roles, with a strong background in large-scale data systems.
- Expert-level Python skills and solid SQL knowledge, including data pipeline development and database performance optimization.
- Proven experience designing and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable data and ML systems.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including system design, testing, deployment, and data management.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and providing technical guidance across teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and align technical solutions with business needs.
- Experience in leading remote engineering teams is a plus.
