We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.
You’ll join while the brand communications, GTM, and product are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is represented and how teams collaborate.
The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.
You understand how influencer/creator marketing connects across channels and teams, from brand to UA, and know how to repurpose creator content to live beyond social, extending its impact across touchpoints (even inside the app). You’ve got fresh ideas, creative mindset, cultural curiosity, and a deep passion for SaaS products.
Gross salary: 2800-3700 Eur per month. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills, experience, and potential impact.

What Will You Do
- Along with the CMO, develop and lead creators’ GTM strategy, driving awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Own the full end-to-end campaign management process, from strategic planning to execution, across various channels for B2B SaaS (Linkedin, Youtube, Substack, etc)
- Translate our offering into compelling, easy-to-understand value propositions that resonate with diverse audiences
- Work closely with product managers, growth teams, design, analytics, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Lead and execute global influencer/creator marketing initiatives to drive engagement and product adoption
- Support scaling go-to-market efforts by improving workflows, utilizing technology platforms, and coordinating with external partners and agencies in international regions
- Collaborate with influencers/creators and internal creative teams to develop compelling, authentic content that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives
What We Expect
- Deep understanding of content creators’ ecosystems across Linkedin YouTube, Substack, newsletters, podcasts and an eye for spotting emerging platforms and trends before they take off.
- Confident interpreting digital marketing metrics (CPI, CTR, CPM, ROAS).
- Using data analysis, social listening, benchmarking, and auditing to strengthen strategy and drive greater efficiency and impact.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, thriving in cross-functional environments and keeping projects aligned.
- Brings fresh ideas, creative thinking, and a data-informed mindset to push influencer marketing beyond the obvious.
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and contractors.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, align priorities, and convey technical vision.
