We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.
You’ll join while core architecture, data flows, and engineering principles are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is built and how teams collaborate.
The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, ML and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on with high-load APIs and distributed systems that power a greenfield, AI-driven product built from the ground up.You’ll design and operate scalable systems for real-time data processing, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics, running on hundreds of servers and processing hundreds of thousands of requests per second.
Gross salary: 4500 – 7200 Eur per month. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills, experience, and potential impact.

What Will You Do
- Design and develop backend systems and solutions with scalability in mind.
- Take ownership of core services for a greenfield, AI-powered product, from initial design to production.
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code that delivers real business value.
- Own the full development lifecycle: research, prototyping, implementation, and deployment.
- Deliver, review, and maintain technical designs, code, and documentation.
- Contribute to technical decision-making in an early-stage, fast-growing project.
- Create, review, and maintain multiple microservices, optimizing them for performance and stability.
What We Expect
- Strong knowledge of PHP (Symfony preferred, other frameworks are a plus).
- Experience with or interest in Golang, Node.js, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization and debugging.
- Understanding of why automated testing is critical for reliable software.
- Experience with or interest in real-time data processing and event streaming.
- Strong passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Hands-on experience with some of the following technologies: Microservices architecture Docker, Kubernetes Kafka MySQL clusters Redis GitLab CI.
- Nice to have experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation, deployments) is a plus, familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g. TypeScript, React) is an advantage, experience with or strong interest in building greenfield products and AI-enabled systems, willingness to learn working with Golang.
