Multiorders is a process automation software for eCommerce SMB’s that are looking for ways to centralize their business, reduce human input/errors and most importantly – decrease operational costs. Our smart infrastructure allows customers to interconnect all incoming orders from various Sales Channels with necessary Warehouses and Shipping Carriers, resulting into 10x faster order fulfillment process.Founded in 2018 by eCommerce entrepreneurs, we are on the mission to create the best in class multichannel selling solution, allowing merchants to be everywhere their customers are and easily manage it from one central platform.We are looking for a young, smart and ambitions individual, who is not afraid to roll up her/his sleeves and get her/his hands dirty. Take care of product awareness and help it sell, while the rest of the team continues to build a killer tool.
What Will You Do
  • Research, develop and test customer acquisition strategies for our B2B product with the goal of identifying and investing in the highest-performing channels
  • Manage the budget: plan and allocate the funds, monitor spending
  • Track the results. Help establish best-in-class infrastructure and reporting for all marketing-driven go-to-market tests
  • Get the job done by working Hands-On, including working with Tesonet’s senior marketing specialists, outside contractors, and eventually building out Multiorders in-house marketing team
  • Partner with CEO and product team on how to best position Multiorders within the broader market as we build a category-defining Multichannel Selling Solution
  • Constantly wear many hats and be comfortable with ambiguity
What We Expect
  • Track record of building out the marketing or growth function at an early-stage startup. Most important stage: Seed -> Series A
  • Comfortable with the pace and uncertainty of building at the early stages
  • Experience with a wide range of B2B marketing strategies, including but not limited to content marketing, SEO, email marketing, webutation and partner marketing
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing strategy and execution within the B2B and/or consumer segments, including how to segment audiences, communicate value propositions, craft and optimise messaging, and drive conversions at key points in the funnel
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate program + campaign effectiveness, including selecting + building out relevant tracking infrastructure (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc) as well as building and reporting on metrics
  • Major plus #1: you have experienced 0 to 1 growth for a B2B software as a service product.
  • Major plus #2: you have experience in e-commerce
