What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts;

  • Be responsible for all product related positions (from marketing to IT, but mainly marketing) and overall growth;
  • You will do dozens of interviewing during the week and will do a lot of meetings with hiring managers;
  • Collect and analyse recruitment data, always strive to meet and exceed key performance metrics;
  • Suggest new ideas to create innovative sourcing & recruitment strategies locally and globally;
  • Proactively suggest and implement ideas on Employer Branding initiatives.

What We Expect

  • That you’ve been in a recruiters shoes for sometime (global recruitment experience is a huge plus);

What You Will Do

  • Help to define KPIs and monitor them in automated reports and dashboards;
  • Analyse users and payments to find new business opportunities and areas for improvement;
  • Present insights to your team;
  • Execute ad-hoc analyses;
  • Build, support and replicate data structures that can be leveraged by business units (including database structures, table building, reporting, data visualisation, regression analysis, time series, etc.).

What We Expect

  • 2+ years of experience in a variety of analytical/BI roles;
  • Demonstrated experience extracting, manipulating, and analysing complex data using SQL is a must;
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS or digital marketing environment is a plus;
  • Proven experience with various data visualisation and statistical analysis methods;
  • Would be nice if you have experience with a/b testing analysis;
  • Proactivity.

In this role you will work closely with the HR team to support all HR systems and enhancements that improve HR operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Provide day-to-day maintenance of HR Systems;
  • Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies;
  • Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics;
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the HR system used in the organization;
  • Train system users on functionalities and new features;
  • Troubleshoots HRIS-related errors and escalates issues to systems vendor’s support as needed;
  • Drive the HR systems continuous improvement: new vendors evaluation, implementation of HR technology solutions and optimisation of existing platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce and DocuSign products;
  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality;
  • Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce and DocuSign implementation;
