Now we’re looking for a Junior/Mid Event Manager to grow the Tesonet brand by creating standout event experiences. Bring your curiosity, love of tech, and engaging presence—we’ll provide clear briefs, creative freedom, realistic deadlines, and growth opportunities. Best of all, you’ll work alongside industry experts to turn cutting-edge trends into high-impact events.

What Will You Do

Support the coordination of a wide range of events, from internal events such as conferences (from 200+ people + online), to external events such as high-profile founder & community events.
Contribute to large - scale flagship events in the tech industry, including our bi-annual Workation or Summer Fest, bringing together 3,800+ employees from across the globe.
Coordinate the full lifecycle of online and offline events, managing everything from venue sourcing and supplier logistics to the day-to-day workflows, communications, and design tasks that ensure smooth execution.
Attend events and act as the key person to ensure success.
Collaborate on the development of themes and creative ideas, to ensure a unique and memorable experience for attendees;
Collect and evaluate participant feedback to drive continuous improvement of the event experience;
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other Tesonet products and various outside organizations to ensure all event deliverables are met;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management;
Provide updates on events progress to the Event Team and receive guidance;

What We Expect

2+ years of experience in managing and coordinating events. Online event management skills would be a bonus;
Self-management skills - you can easily manage your own time and priorities to meet the deadlines;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Research & discovery - you can dive deep into sourcing everything from unconventional venues to newest decor suppliers;
Superb communication - both verbally and in writing (you will be working alongside many other pros and with different audiences);
Creativity in crafting solutions that maximize quality and quantity while minimizing costs;
Taking ownership and initiative is what you're best at;
Fluency in English;
Problem-solving, critical thinking abilities, and detail-oriented mindset;
Able and willing to work evenings and occasional weekends;
