We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS – trendos.com. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.

You’ll join while the GTM strategy and product are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is represented on social media platforms and communities.

The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.

Main Responsibilities

You’ll be shaping the growth and revenue presence of our business across key markets, engaging with high-potential clients and decision-makers. We’ll support your professional development with extensive internal resources and a culture built on teamwork and knowledge sharing.

As an Agency Partnerships Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our prospects and clients, managing daily outreach, conversations, and deal cycles across your territory. You will play a key role in growing and nurturing our pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and building meaningful, long-term relationships with our customers. A core focus of your role will be partnering with agencies, understanding their unique needs and ensuring they are fully supported from a product perspective – acting as the bridge between their requirements and our internal teams. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and commercial success.

What Will You Do
  • Own the outbound process: calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Research and map key accounts, identify decision-makers, and build strategic outreach plans.
  • Qualify prospects, book meetings, and hand off high-intent leads to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to refine inbound and outbound messaging and test what resonates.
  • Keep CRM data clean and accurate, because garbage in means garbage out.
  • Attend industry events, meetings, and presentations to represent the company and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Continuously test, measure, and refine outreach tactics to exceed targets.
What We Expect
  • Proven experience in partnerships, account management, or a client-facing commercial role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to managing partner performance.
  • Several years of demonstrable experience developing successful partnership/business development.
  • Excellent communication in English and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Great business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Curiosity about marketing tech, data, and SEO/AI Search ecosystem.
  • Ownership mentality: you don’t wait for the playbook; you build it.
  • Big advantage if you have previous experience working in a marketing SaaS environment.
What We Offer
  • Gross salary: 2800 - 3700 Eur per month. (We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills, experience, and potential impact.)
