What You Will Do

  • Be a voice of social media and other online channels owned by us;
  • Distribute provided content on our owned online marketing channels, such as Twitter, Facebook or Reddit;
  • Respond to users’ queries and comments with the focus to build a community;
  • Direct technical issues to support team;
  • Report the ‘feel’ of the feedback about product to the product and marketing teams;
  • Contribute to the topic development of Help Center content based on the queries received on online channels.
