What You Will Do

  • Focus on customer retention (operating over internal and external communication channels);
  • Turn inactive users into active ones;
  • Analyze user behaviour and predict further user steps;
  • Optimize new and existing campaigns through learning from data, user research, and CRO experimentation;
  • Work on generating other business opportunities over current user database (upselling/cross-selling).
  • Lead the team of customer retention professionals.

What We Expect

  • Previous experience in retention field would be cool;
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities;
  • Experience with SaaS product in B2C would be beneficial;
  • Some SQL skills would be helpful in daily work;
  • Solid leadership skills to ensure dynamics in the team.
