Customer Success Technical Manager

What You Will Do

  • Support teams on making technical decisions - tech tickets solving;
  • Analyze the existing data and conclude meaningful insights on how our products can be improved;
  • Research and analyze current technical stack - knowing your product.

What We Expect

  • Previous experience in technical support;
  • Passionate about working with data to find interesting patterns and insights;
  • That you learn fast and easily adapt new technologies;
  • Fluent English.
