Back for the third year in a row, this time with a new name, Teso Rookie Internship Program is expanding and will accept IT and marketing interns. More roles, more candidates, and more rookies hired every year – that’s exactly how we like it.
The widest choice of roles so far
The first internship program offered 6 different tech roles. Out of 370 candidates, 10 rookies were accepted to join our teams and learn from the best. By the second year, we doubled it: 21 talents joined the program, carefully selected from over 800 applicants.
But the third year tops it all – 32 roles in tech and marketing available, and we’re expecting around a thousand applications. Make sure one of them is yours!
You should enter the internship program if you:
– crave getting some hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment
– understand the value of working side-by-side with the best experts in the field
– want to become a part of the Tesonet community (it comes with its own perks)
The application is easy, and then, if you stand out from the crowd, there’s a short but challenging selection process – a test and a follow-up interview. The main challenge is to get ahead of the competition with your wits, talent, and motivation.
The best of the best will start their three-month internship in November, with a monthly salary of 500 Euros (after taxes). However, we really cheer for our rookies and hope that they turn this internship into a full-time job.
Depending on your preferred location, you will get a chance to develop skills in one of the available tech or marketing functions. If you’re a techie, you might end up trying to master .NET, C++, C, Go, Rust, Frontend, UX/UI (front), Swift, data analytics, QA engineering, or system administration. Those on a road toward the mount olympus of marketing will have an opportunity to start with conversion rate optimization/UX research, SEO, PPC, public relations, copywriting, scriptwriting, social media, customer retention, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing tasks.
Hear from the last year’s rookies
Many of the Teso Rookie participants stay in our community companies after the program to continue their exciting digital careers. We asked some of them to share their first-hand experiences from the internship period.
The application process is ON
Don’t miss your chance to gain priceless experience on what it’s like to be part of a fast-moving, innovative tech community.
The application period opened on August 16 and closes on September 6, so make sure you apply in time. Fingers crossed, soon you may be working side-by-side with tech industry experts!
