As the Director of the Tesonet Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the organization’s sponsorships strategic direction, ensuring alignment with its mission and values. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the Foundation’s growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing its impact on the community. This isn’t just another leadership role — it’s a chance to build something that lasts.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term strategy across Tesonet portfolio companies that advances the Foundation's mission, ensuring sustainable growth and lasting community impact.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including Foundation development, financial management, reporting, and overall efficiency and effectiveness across the Tesonet portfolio.
Stakeholder Management: Handle external sponsorship requests and partnerships within Tesonet while building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners, NGOs, stakeholders, and shareholders.

Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leadership roles within an organization, demonstrating the ability to manage complex operations and drive strategic initiatives.
Financial Management: Strong understanding of financial principles, with hands-on experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire, engage, and influence diverse audiences.
Creativity: A creative mindset for crafting solutions and problem-solving.
