What You Will Do:

  • Create and implement employer branding strategy;
  • Develop and overlook the implementation of communication roadmap, including branding, advertising, PR, events, partnerships;
  • Lead external and internal employer branding campaigns;
  • Cooperate and communicate with media, create and execute press releases;
  • Manage internal and external events;
  • Follow market trends to improve brand awareness and likability;
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives that will shape our culture.

What We Expect:

  • 2+ years of experience working in marketing, communications, advertising or brand development;
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management skills;
  • Ability to pitch to media and rock-solid knowledge of social media channels;
  • Ability to multitask, handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proactive approach, problem solving skills, critical thinking;
  • Sense of ownership and commitment;
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
