What Will You Do:
- Create a Wow experience for our people. From unforgettable events and celebrations to outstanding merch and creative presents for our colleagues;
- Be the key person bringing insights and ideas on how to improve our culture and experience;
- Manage the process of events organization from A to Z (i.e. picking the venue, negotiating with suppliers, setting timelines and budgets);
- Build event calendar (roadmap) and execute according to it;Create workflow for all major tasks (e.g. event communication, designing, advertising);
- Attend events and act as the key person to ensure success;
- If needed, moderate and host our events.
What We Expect:
- 1+ years experience in managing and coordinating events;
- Project management skills - you can easily manage your own time and priorities to meet tight deadlines;
- Maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Public speaking skills - you’re not afraid of an audience;
- You’re a great communicator, both verbally and in writing;
- Creativity in crafting solutions;
- Fluency in English;
- Taking ownership and initiative sounds amazing to you.
