What You Will Do

Manage full application lifecycle — from ideas pitching and experience definition to app store publishing, optimization, and product lifecycle enhancements;
Define a detailed road map in line with the product’s strategy and ensure the app delivers the expected results;
Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product and business stakeholders;
Identify customer needs and form product requirements;
Contribute to the product backlog and create actionable user stories.

What We Expect

Experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, ideally in app development;
Understanding of go-to-market commerce enablers (e.g., payments, referrals, subscriptions, etc.);
Advanced technical understanding of how software works;
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, or Marketing;
That you are a hungry, result-oriented team player with strong ownership and decision making skills;

One analyzes marketing data and the other – anonymous app usage and service quality data. Tool stack we juggle: bash, git, SQL, Looker, LookML, Python (pandas, pyspark, matplotlib, etc.) and R on Jupyter Notebook, Tableau. We analyze the user subscription purchases, renewals referrals, etc. (is the price of this subscription too low or too high, did this or that change in a process lead to increased sales). And this isn’t it! Our usage and service quality sub-team analyzes user actions in the application and the “behavior” of the application itself (does it work as it should, do users get the quality service they deserve, does a specific feature work). What You Will Do

Develop and maintain periodic business intelligence dashboards for non-IT end users using Tableau with typography, data visualizations and user experience as the center focus that clearly outline KPIs with visual graphics;
Translate ad-hoc inquiries into visual and verbal answers;
Ensure dashboards’ consistency with company’s brand book;
Help shape and ensure the use of good practices in using Tableau at the department level;
Participate in cross-departmental periodic data briefing meetings;
Draw insights from the applications’ data and present your findings to potentially interested parties;

What You Will Do

Design test automation frameworks (multi-platform) and write automated tests to conduct complex functional, integration, regression, and performance tests to confirm that the acceptance criteria have been met;

What We Expect

4+ years of experience in automated tests writing for web or mobile applications;
Previous experience in writing automated tests for REST API would be nice;
